About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the AWARD EXPRESS LLC website and the optional business text messaging program. Using the website does not itself enroll you in text messages.

SMS Program Description

AWARD EXPRESS LLC sends operational, non-marketing SMS/MMS communications to recipients who have opted in. Messages may include freight dispatch instructions, load assignments, pickup and delivery appointments, shipment updates, ETA changes, and responses to transportation inquiries.

Opt-In and Frequency

You may opt in by expressly agreeing to receive business text messages during a documented conversation with our team or through an available consent form. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies depending on active freight and business communications.

Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further messages from this program. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact award.expressllc@gmail.com.

Carrier Charges and Delivery

Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and carrier policies.
